1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using PlayFeed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PlayFeed is a mobile application that provides an infinite, vertically-scrolling feed of playable HTML5 games. Users can discover, play, and interact with games within the app. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PlayFeed. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app or games
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service

6. Game Content

Games available on PlayFeed are submitted by third-party creators and reviewed by PlayFeed. We do not guarantee that all games are free of errors or suitable for all users. Game content is the responsibility of the respective creators. If you encounter inappropriate content, please report it within the app.

7. Creator Submissions

If you submit a game to PlayFeed via the Creator Dashboard, you grant PlayFeed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, modify (for integration purposes), and distribute your game within the Service. You warrant that you own or have the rights to all content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The PlayFeed app, its design, branding, and software are the intellectual property of PlayFeed. Game titles and content remain the property of their respective creators. These Terms do not grant you any right to use PlayFeed's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary elements.

9. Advertisements

PlayFeed may display advertisements within the Service. You acknowledge that ads are delivered by third-party ad networks and that PlayFeed is not responsible for the content of such advertisements.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayFeed and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease. Sections regarding disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property shall survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
